Infinity BH acquires its first property in Alabama.
This property is located in Birimingham, the main anchor tenants are McAllister's Restaurant and Direct TV.

Strategicaly located on a major artery and next door to Lowe's, Babies R Us and Mc Donald's. With this purchase Infinity BH begins a new strategy of acquiring Real Estate nationwide.

Lincoln Park

Infinity BH acquires the Lincoln Park Plaza located in Sunrise Florida.  With more than 65 tenants and almost 10 acres this is the biggest purchase for our company. 
Two other adjacent properties were recently acquired following a strategic business plan to extend the possibilities and marketability of our investments. 

We have several beautification plans for said property, and are always maintaining a "buying to keep" philosophy.

Dunkin Donuts Plaza

Infinity BH acquires Dunkin Donuts Plaza and neighboring Norman's Restaurant.

Located on Collins Ave. and 68th Street in Miami Beach, with national franchises Dunkin Donuts, Radio Shack and Supercuts.  The neighboring restaurant Norman's was also purchased in an effort to expand the marketability of both properties.

Across the street the famous Canyon Ranch Living is being developed converting this area in an unique location. Other important retail properties suround the Dunkin Donuts Plaza like Publix Supermarket and Budget Rent a Car among others.

Infinity BH acquires a piece of land in Winter Heaven, a city not far from Tampa.

The potential for this land is vast.  The 10 acres are located within a gated comunity called "WinterSet".
The area is well know for its lakes and this land is on the shore of one.

The first project being considered here is the building of 283 middle socio-economic homes.  Other projects are still being considered for this beautiful space. 

The Developement will maintain the integrity of nature,  by being one with the ecosystem.
