Our hand selected team of handypersons and independent contractors to do quality work at reasonable prices with a quick turnaround. We oversee this process and monitor any over- spending or in some cases under-spending while communicating our findings confidentially with the property owner.

Rent Collection
We take the steps necessary in the event a rent is not paid which includes implementing an eviction plan if necessary.

Expenses
Every expense, insurance and tax paid on time.

Reporting
All income and expenses will be recorded and a monthly management report will be provided.

Leasing Services
In the event of a vacancy we will provide a rent survey to establish a price, advertise the space, lease execution.
